About Us

Vandana Childcare Trust is a non-profit organisation based in Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, dedicated to the welfare, education, and health of underprivileged children and women.

Founded in 2016, the trust operates a training centre in Pritamnagar, a cultural centre on Minto Road, and conducts various community outreach programmes to foster social unity and cultural values.

Our mission is holistic development—ensuring every child and woman we touch has access to care, learning, and opportunity.

Our Vision

Our Initiatives

Holistic development through health, education, talent, and culture.

Health & Hygiene

We organise health awareness programmes and provide medical support. On 1 January 2026, we distributed blankets, healthy food, and fresh fruits at the PICU and Ladies' Ward of Tej Bahadur Sapru Hospital. We also run programmes at Bailey Hospital and other facilities, with experts emphasising healthy lifestyle, hygiene, and good habits.

Educational Training

We operate two centres: a Training Centre in Pritamnagar for academic and vocational guidance, and a Cultural Centre on Minto Road for events, talent promotion, and community gatherings.

Talent Promotion

We recognise and honour student achievements. For example, student Ved Sharma won a gold medal in the state-level Taekwondo championship—we celebrate such excellence and encourage every child to shine.

Cultural & Social Events

We regularly organise celebrations like Tulsi Day, Christmas, and Teachers' Day to instil environmental awareness and cultural harmony in the community.

Collaborations so far

We work with trusted partners in Prayagraj to amplify our impact. We are open to institutional partnerships with corporates, UN agencies, and NGOs—aligned with SDGs and transparent impact reporting.
